Who do you Represent?
We receive descriptions of opportunities from our client companies who represent some of the best employers in the Chicagoland area. We accept Full Time as well as Contract Assignments. After reviewing the specification of the opportunity we match them with the skills and preferences of our candidates. If your credentials are a match, we contact you, provide you with all the details of the opportunity to see if you want to be scheduled for an interview.
Am I expected to Interview on All Opportunities Presented?
No, we always take our Direction from you. If we have found an opportunity that does fit the priorities you have shared with our Recruiters, we do strongly suggest you interview. The more you interview, the greater chance you have of landing a new opportunity.
How long are your contract assignments?
Our assignments last anywhere from 20 days to as long as 12 months. Most of our assignments average 90 days in duration. We need to know if you can work for the entire length of the assignment.
Can you GUARANTEE you will negotiate more money?
We will only present opportunities that represent an increase in compensation. You will know what a job is paying before you interview but remember the salary is often based on how well you interview.
