Contract Opportunities

We want to provide you with choices at HR Search. If you prefer flexibility and want to work when it is most convenient for you we can offer you contract work. Our assignments are a minimum of 20 days in duration but can last as long as one year. Many of these assignments are Project Work.


Contract to Hire

Have you ever accepted a position only to find out the job you were hired to do doesn't resemble the job you accepted. For this reason we offer you as well as our clients the opportunity to work for a period of time before a full-time offer is extended. You would be compensated by HR Search until you and the hiring authority reach a decision. During this time there is no obligation to you or to the client company to enter into a full-time position.

After the trial period, if you and the client company are happy with the arrangement, you can accept the job. If not, you can work as a contractor for HR Search at a different client company, and your Recruiter will continue to search for a position that is a more appropriate match. We always take our direction from you!


Direct Hire

Our direct hire program can make finding your new job more convenient. This program is at no cost to you and places you directly with one of our client companies.
